We will supply YOU with (what we will bring for you):

  • bucket-style hat,
  • sunscreen,
  • bug repellent,
  • water bottle,
  • emergency rain poncho.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING AND WHAT YOU CANNOT BRING

Bring a variety of clothing! The weather changes often and rapidly so bring layers.

  • Long pants and shirts, shorts
  • Good solid shoes or runner plus hiking boots
  •  Rain gear
  • Heavy jacket or sweater for evenings and campfires
  • Bathing suit
  • Hat
  • Sunglasses
  • Socks
  • Towels
  • Wash Cloth
  • Shampoo
  • Soap
  • Toiletries
  • Binder, Paper, Pens
  • Flashlight and Batteries (lights are out after 10 pm)
  • Backpack
  • Musical Instrument to play during your presentation or at the campfire
  • Allergy medications, medicine
  • Camera – this means a regular or digital camera but NOT a Smart Phone.  Smart Phones are NOT allowed.

DO NOT BRING THE FOLLOWING:

NO DO NOT Bring These Things. They will be taken away and held until after camp.
DO NOT BRING Skimpy clothing (i.e., short tops that show your stomach, too short shorts, really tight clothing, etc.)
You will be asked to change!
Not Allowed. No small or skimpy shorts - these have no place in a camp like this.
No Skimpy or Fashionable Street Shoes are Not Allowed - Will Not Work. Bring Hiking Boots and Solid Running Shoes. You need footware that gives your feet support for hiking.

No Mobile Phones, or Smart Phones

– do not bring Phones for calling friends or home
– do not bring these phones or smartphones for texting
– do not try to use a phone or a Smartphone as a Camera

NO Thongs or Sandles Like This, except to go to the shower room
No Cigarette Smoking, or Any Other Kind of Smoking
No LapTops or iPads or Tablets.

Leave ALL Electronic Devices at  home – it’s only for a week!
